The initial step is a three-day off-site gathering with your leadership team. This intensive workshop is based on purposeful problem-solving. It offers essential time away from the trenches.
And, it utilizes carefully crafted questions and discussions to help your team unpack the big picture questions and day-to-day struggles your business faces. Leading to high-level perspective and a stronger team, it aligns your key leadership around a common goal.
Following the initial gathering, your leadership team will be equipped to begin installing your strategic (“Strat”) and operational (“Op”) action plan. During this six to seven week period, our facilitator will work closely with you, offering continued instruction and guidance as needed.
This ensures your plan’s key performance indicators are centered on your business’ core customers and top priorities.
At the end of this six to seven week period, Tom will regroup with your leadership team and the new cross-functional teams you have created. During this one-day process, we’ll review and refine your progress. This comprehensive step involves ensuring a realistic timeline and budget. Ultimately, you will have a finalized plan ready to launch and effectively implement.
